Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to GRIP Foundation Charitable Trust in connection with registrations, program enrollments, workshop fees, event participation, camp fees, training sessions, and other operational activities.

1. Registration & Program Fees

Payments made toward program registrations, enrollment fees, and participation charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the program, the stage of participation, and the circumstances of the request.

2. Workshop & Training Session Fees
  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: Refund may be considered after review.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the session: Refund subject to operational assessment.
  • No-show: Fees are generally not refunded for non-attendance without prior notice.
  • If the trust cancels or reschedules a session, participants will be notified and fees reviewed accordingly.
3. Event & Camp Registration Fees

Fees paid for event registrations and camp participation are non-transferable and are reviewed for refund eligibility based on the specific event terms communicated at the time of registration.

4. Duplicate Transactions

Duplicate transactions — where a participant is charged more than once for the same registration or program — are eligible for review and refund. To raise a duplicate transaction query, contact us at [email protected] with the transaction reference numbers.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7–14 business days, to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and issuing bank.

6. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full name and registered contact number
  • Payment date and amount
  • Transaction / reference number
  • Program, workshop, or event name
  • Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and communicate the outcome within 7 business days.
